We are ROLLO … an intimate boutique wine bar and restaurant. We are a family owned business, a venture between Architect George Rollo, Sculptor Alison Rollo and Fashion designer Ailsa Rollo.
After two months of hard work turning the old Chinese takeaway at 108 Raeburn Place into a cosy, warm, inviting space, our dream became the reality and ROLLO opened its doors at the beginning of December 2013 in the Edinburgh neighbourhood of Stockbridge.
We love our locals and we want ROLLO to be a place where the locals meet … whether its for a coffee, a glass of wine or a truly decadent day of tasting the whole menu we hope to make ROLLO your home away from home.
With a menu of tapas inspired small plates, bites and bowls that will be changing regularly and a wine list to work your way through we hope to soon be a favourite of the fabulous people of Stockbridge.
