For Christmas at the Botanics we’ve lit up the Garden’s tallest tree. Standing at nearly 100 ft tall, the Garden’s champion poplar tree has been festooned with a mix of uplighting and sparkling lights. Making the most of the dark winter afternoons in the Garden, the tree will be lit from 1pm to 4pm every day until 6 January (recommended viewing 3pm-4pm). Photo by Louise Olley
The florists Pyrus created the 15m garland using holly, Portugese laurel and Japanese cypress from RBGE.
