Bump club is run by Sarah Robertson, an Edinburgh Mum with two young daughters aged 7 and 4. She has worked in the fitness industry all her adult life, primarily with pregnant and post-natal mums. After having her daughters, she found it difficult to continue to exercise, especially with two young kids. This is where Bump Club was born.

Sarah offers exercise classes for pregnant Mums (Mum and Bump), to help them to be strong in the right places to carry and deliver their baby. She also runs Mum and Baby classes where Mums can bring their baby along to the class. Your baby can chill and play whilst mum gets some precious time to herself to exercise and do something just for her. You are eternally postnatal so mums are welcome along to our classes at any stage and we would work at a pace that suits you. All exercises can be adjusted and tailored so everyone is welcome.
During these new times we find ourselves in Bump Club committed to making sure you feel safe. Mats and exercise equipment will be provided in every class but feel free to provide your own mat if you would rather. Hand sanitiser and wipes will be provided in every class as well and Sarah will wear a mask anytime she comes close to you or your baby. You will also complete a track and trace document before starting any class with us to assure we are adhering to the current guidelines.
If you would like to join Sarah at Bump Club she will be in the LifeCare Centre on Cheyne Street Mondays from 13:30 – 14:15. Classes will generally run in 4 week blocks but you are welcome to join at any stage in a block if there is space in the class. Each class costs £6:50 or £26 for the four week block.
